Three serene double bedrooms are located on the ground floor, one of which features an en-suite bathroom for added privacy. A fourth bedroom is found on the lower level, complete with its own kitchenette—ideal for guests seeking a little more independence. At the heart of the villa, an open-plan living area blends seamlessly with a fully equipped kitchen, creating a welcoming space for gathering, dining, and unwinding. Full-length doors open directly onto the sunlit pool terrace, blurring the line between indoor comfort and outdoor living. With accommodation for up to eight guests in real beds—and the option for an additional guest on the sofa—the villa graciously hosts up to nine guests in total, offering a sense of intimacy, space, and relaxed comfort throughout.

Pool Temperature | Heating temperature could vary up to 26 °C subject to the outdoor weather conditions.
Preferred Months | Pool heating is typically used during the months March – Mid June & October, November.
Advance Notice | 3 days’ notice prior arrival is mandatory for the pool to reach the optimal temperature.
Additional Fees | 100 €/day
Booking Duration | Pool heating is exclusively bookable for the entire stay, at the cumulative cost as outlined above.
Weather Conditions | When the outside temperature is above 25 °C or in case of rain it shall not operate. Kindly note that a pool cover is not available.
